All financial transactions will be processed through our partner, OurRockies Online Ltd. (OurRockies). For your protection, OurRockies is governed by the British Columbia Real Estate Services Act. Transactions will appear on credit card statements under the name "OurRockies Online Ltd". Payments made by cheque should be made out to "OurRockies Online Ltd." A deposit of 25% of the total monies including taxes and service charges is due at the time of booking a reservation. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until deposit is received. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any interest earned on deposit is for the benefit of OurFernie when applicable. If all Balance Due payments are not received by the due dates given on the booking confirmation, this reservation will be considered canceled under the terms and conditions provided herein and are subject to the following cancellation policies. Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Reservations require presentation of a valid credit card upon check-in for security deposit. A pre-authorization may be required.
Cancellations received in writing more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations received in writing within 90 days of arrival will receive a refund of 75% of the total booking value. Cancellations received in writing 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid/received. Modifications to the reservation made more than 30 days prior to arrival may be possible and are subject to additional fees, which are waived in the case of an upgrade. A reduction in nights will be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policies contained herein.
Neither OurRockies nor OurFernie will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your travelling companions or other group members resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control. This would include, but not be limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, snow conditions, lift closures, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
OurRockies guarantees that a guest will be staying in accommodations of at least equal the level of the unit type booked by the guest. We reserve the right to transfer guests to equivalent accommodations at our discretion or if the reserved property becomes unavailable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific suites at all times. The availability of certain properties may change after booking due to circumstances out of our control. The above policies may not apply to some units. Full Cancellation and Payment Policy as it applies to the unit in question will be disclosed prior to booking. Minimum night stays and minimum age requirements may apply.

OurFernie does not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. When OurFernie does share information, it is of a general nature and does not contain personal information.
Some personal information must be provided to OurRockies Online Ltd., our travel supplier, so that they can process your credit card payment.
We want our members and site visitors to feel confident about using OurFernie to plan and purchase their travel, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. OurFernie has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Currently, OurFernie only stores the information you provide when registering to become an OurFernie member or purchase travel products.
Our systems are configured with data encryption and industry-standard firewalls. When you send personal information to OurFernie over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.
